The Bread

All our bread is made in-house by hand only with help from our big mixers Bumble and Bee. The dough is leavened with sourdough only - also known as wild yeast or natural fermentation.

The dough goes through a 24 hour process which gives the sourdough time to break down the flour making it easier for your body to digest while it also develops an amazing texture and flavor. The sourdough method results in a healthier bread with a whole lot of personality.
